of Use for gtr88

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the gtr88 website accessible at https://gtr88.best and all services provided through it.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the gtr88 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Player for the purpose of using gtr88's services.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their account using Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• "Bonus" refers to credits or funds offered by gtr88 to Players subject to the specified wagering requirements.
• "Terms" refers to the entirety of the terms and conditions contained in this document.

Interpretation in this document shall be read as a whole and may not be taken in isolation from the overall context of the agreement.

To register and use gtr88's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be resident in a jurisdiction that permits online gambling under local law.
• Have never been declared bankrupt or be subject to a financial restriction order that prevents you from conducting transactions.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Not be an employee of gtr88 or an immediate family member of a gtr88 employee.

gtr88 reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity and age from any Player. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Each Player is only permitted to hold one active account at a time. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen and balances forfeited.

Players are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Updating account information should any changes occur, particularly payment details and mobile phone numbers.
• Keeping passwords confidential and not sharing login information with any other party.
• Ensuring that the device used to access the platform is secure and free from malicious software.

gtr88 will not be liable for any unauthorised access that occurs as a result of a Player's own negligence in maintaining the security of their account.

The gtr88 platform accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The conditions relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for each available payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method used and current conditions.
• All transactions must be carried out using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Payments from or to third-party accounts are not accepted.
• gtr88 reserves the right to conduct additional checks or request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal transaction, particularly for amounts exceeding standard limits.

All deposited funds are for gambling purposes only. gtr88 does not accept deposits from unlawful sources or proceeds of crime.

gtr88 offers various promotions and bonuses from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements and cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling those requirements.

Welcome Bonus: gtr88 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM200 with a total balance of RM300, and the wagering requirement is RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General conditions regarding bonuses:

• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only throughout their membership.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other players.
• gtr88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to management's discretion.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts or using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in the bonus being cancelled and possible account closure.

gtr88 also runs a VIP programme with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, each offering increasing weekly cashback based on membership level. Full details of the VIP programme are available in the dedicated section of the platform.

gtr88 recognises that gambling can carry risks if not managed properly. As such, this platform provides several protective mechanisms to help players manage their gambling habits:

• Players can set deposit limits, loss limits, or session limits through their account settings.
• A self-exclusion option is available for players who feel they need to stop playing temporarily or permanently.
• Players who set self-exclusion will not receive any promotional communications from gtr88 during the exclusion period.
• gtr88 is not responsible for extending credit or lending money to players in any form.

Players are prohibited from doing or engaging in the following while using the gtr88 platform:

• Providing false information during registration or in any communication with gtr88.
• Using third-party software or tools designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Conducting money laundering activities or financing illegal operations through this platform.
• Impersonating gtr88 staff or other players with intent to deceive.
• Accessing another player's account without valid authorisation.
• Violating any local, national, or international laws applicable to the use of this platform.

Any breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of all unclaimed balances and bonuses, and possible legal action where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, gtr88 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a Player as a result of gambling on this platform.
• Service disruptions caused by technical maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond gtr88's control.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by payment service providers.
• Losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.

gtr88 provides its platform and games "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the absence of errors.

gtr88 collects, stores, and processes Players' personal information in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using this platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that Privacy Policy.

Personal information collected includes but is not limited to name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and payment account details. This information is used solely for the purposes of operating the platform, identity verification, transaction processing, and service-related communications.

gtr88 will not sell or disclose Players' personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or a valid court order.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting gtr88 customer support. Before account closure is processed, Players must ensure that all active bonus wagering requirements have been met or cancelled, and any remaining real-money balance may be claimed through the standard withdrawal process.

gtr88 reserves the right to close or suspend a Player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• The Player breaches any clause in these terms and conditions.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding that specified in the inactive account policy.
• At the request of a relevant authority.

Should any dispute arise regarding game outcomes, transactions, or the interpretation of these terms, the following steps shall be followed:

• Step 1: Contact gtr88 customer support via live chat or support email. Our team will work to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• Step 2: If a resolution is not reached through customer support, the dispute will be referred to gtr88 senior management for further review.
• Step 3: If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties may refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent third-party dispute resolution body.

gtr88's decisions on all matters relating to bonus eligibility, game outcomes, and transactions are final and binding, unless a verifiable technical error is proven to have occurred.

gtr88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at management's discretion. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

Players are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest updates. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

For material and significant amendments, gtr88 will endeavour to notify Players via email or in-platform notification within a reasonable period before the changes take effect.
